Dr. Paris A. Fokaides

Founder of Euphyia

Dr. Paris A. Fokaides is a distinguished academic and business professional renowned for his extensive contributions to sustainable energy technologies. As the founder and CEO of Euphyia Tech, he leads innovative efforts to provide tools and services for the sustainability and smartness assessment of buildings. Dr. Fokaides holds a PhD in Process Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and a Mechanical Engineering Diploma from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. With over 30 research projects in sustainable built environments, his expertise spans energy-related applications, smart buildings, and Industry 4.0 practices. He also serves as an Associate Professor at Frederick University and Chief Researcher at Kaunas University of Technology. His research excellence and leadership have secured significant research funding and established him as a respected figure in the field.

Euphyia Tech’s dynamic group includes researchers from diverse backgrounds, contributing to innovative solutions in building sustainability. Supported by Gravity Ventures Incubator, a cutting-edge venture-building incubator in Nicosia, Cyprus, the team leverages top-tier resources and mentorship to advance their projects.
